Prices:

All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.  Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. James Electronics has a Minimum order for over seas. $500.00 (AUD). Full payment is required, before any goods are posted to you, this will also depend on stock levels

Availability:

Most of the products on our website is ordered from our suppliers once payment has been made. we do not carry a lot of stock due to cost.

Price & Products:

Sometimes due to reasons beyond our control, some products may be delayed. If the  product is not yet available. we will notify you by email.

Refunds:

 Please Note: James Electronics will only replace faulty goods, or we will exchange the product for the something else at the same purchase price.

 Naturally a few simple rules apply:

1. Goods faulty only

2. Freight expenses are not refundable

3. Goods must be returned in an as-sold condition. This includes packaging and documentation etc.

4. Goods must be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase.

5. You must retain your tax sales invoice to obtain a refund. NOTE: Without tax sale invoice no refund

6  Once James Electronics has received goods back and checked. Refund will be EBT (Electronics Bank Transfer)

 Guarantees:

1. For goods that are supplied to us in Australia we will honour the local supplier's guarantee. This is generally either, 6 months or 12              months.

2. James Electronics manufactured products and also other import products of manufactured goods we offer a 12-month guarantee on most    standard manufactured goods.

3. Warranties only apply to products not damaged by the user.

4. Warranties do not apply to LED kits. (See below).

James Electronics guarantees that all led kits contain brand new components. The individual parts are therefore guaranteed. (NOTE: No guaranteed once part is soldered), because we have very little way of verifying whether you or James Electronics (the importer/supplier) caused the fault,  so if you suspect that a part is faulty, send the (complete kit) back to us. We will replace it with another one for you.

We guarantee the parts but we obviously can't guarantee how well you put the LED kit together. We have already done the design and homework on our LED kits, by building, and testing them before they become a kit, this way we know you will have a reliable LED kit

 Freight:

Warranty repairs on our LED kitset or replacement for goods (faulty) other than LED semiconductors is naturally done free of charge. The freight charges, however, are not. The customer is required to pay freight to and from us, this is standard commercial practice.

Insurance:

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE GOODS CEASES when the goods are handed to our courier or your specified courier. Ownership of the goods passes to you once they leave us.

We do not automatically insure unless you specify it. If you don't mention insurance your goods are NOT insured 

Damaged Goods:

If you suspect that the parcel has suffered to the point where the goods inside are damaged, do not open the parcel. Contact the courier and deal directly with them. If the goods have been insured contact us.

Exclusive Rights:

Selling products from James Electronics does not mean that you have soul right unless you have an agreement for that Exclusive right in you country or local area from James Electronics.

 Buying Stock:

We recommend that a distributor should carry a small amount of stock. (Note: choose is up to them whether they choose to carry stock or not.) So there is not waiting for goods to arrive from James Electronics; it also allows you to start selling straight away.
